Fully Tempered & Heat Strengthened Glass

Trutuff Fully Tempered and Heat Strengthened glasses are of  supreme industrial grade. They are produced by processing glasses in Horizontal Roller Heath Oscillating Tempering Furnace at typically 625° – to form uniformly heated glass which is then rapidly cooled in a process called ‘quenching the glass’ by simultaneously blowing air through evenly distributed high pressure air nozzles on both sides of the glass. A high air-flow rate is used to produce Trutuff Fully Tempered Glass and a much lower airflow rate leads to the production of Trutuff Heat-strengthened Glass. Both the glasses have increased strength to resist higher levels of impact, mechanical load and thermal stress. Fully Tempered Glass Features Size Range: 300 x 300 mm to 2440 x 5000 mm Thickness Range: 4 mm to 10 mm Types of glasses: Clear, Tinted, Reflective Soft Coat, Reflective Hard Coat, Low-E, Planistrong Qualities Four to five times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness and configuration When broken, tempered glass fractures into small fragments. Insulated Glazed Glass

Laminated Glass

It is a safety glass consisting of two or more glass layers. These are permanently bonded together with one or more interlayer, generally Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) with the help of high heat and pressure. When laminated glass gets broken, the fragments of it stick to the interlayer and prevents from breaking into large sharp, dangerous shards and scattering.
